Reconnect Care & Support Ltd

About Reconnect

Your privacy is central

We understand that your situation is private. We champion your privacy and independence with quality care staff who offer an excellent, compassionate service.

Our ethos

Maintaining our own first-hand experience caring for an individual within the home environment, we understand the importance of finding someone with the compassion and skill required to care for a loved one. We are changing the approach to the care system in the UK and implementing a people-first agenda.

We want families and loved ones to take comfort in the knowledge that their loved ones will receive the best care available to them. Our highly trained and compassionate care staff are central to this, and they are recognised, praised and rewarded for their responsible attitude and work ethic.

Our service aims to give the person the ability to remain in their own home for as long as possible. Clients’ dignity and respect are at the forefront, and through an unfaltering service we aim to provide their families with comfortable, uninterrupted peace of mind.

How we work

Four steps from first call to first visit

  1. Outline your needs

Our specialist Domiciliary Care Team will receive your enquiry. We will review and discuss your requirements and offer information regarding our services on offer, as well as an outline of anticipated costs.

  2. Assessed home visit

Reconnect Care & Support will then arrange for an assessor to come and visit you in your home environment and conduct a care and risk assessment. Once this visit is completed, a fully costed care package will be offered to you.

  3. Finalise your care package

Reconnect Care & Support will finalise your care package and service with yourself and your family, and together we will identify the most suitable care employee for this. Once this decision has been made, we will arrange for you to meet them to say hello and decide on your carer. If further training is required, we will arrange this as and when.

  4. Your service begins

Once all parties are satisfied, we will be delighted to begin your care service and improve your quality of life.
